HIP HOP AUDIO ENGINEER
Clear Track Studios is seeking a talented Hip Hop Engineer (Independent Contractor) for consistent, client-facing studio work in a high-volume, professional environment.
This role requires strong technical ability, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping artists achieve the highest-quality sound possible. You’ll be part of a team known for its professionalism and customer service - and you’ll be expected to uphold that standard in every session.
Experience: Proven proficiency in recording, mixing, editing and vocal production within Hip Hop and R&B.
Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and consistent in meeting demanding session schedules.
Professionalism: Ethical, client-focused, and collaborative with artists, producers, and studio staff.
Composure: Thrives under pressure and remains calm, efficient, and adaptable in high-energy sessions.
Technical Excellence: Achieves the balance, tone, and punch that define modern Hip Hop, combining technical precision with DAW fluency to deliver release-ready mixes that meet industry standards.
POP PRODUCER/AUDIO ENGINEER
Clear Track Studios is seeking a talented Pop Producer / Audio Engineer (Independent Contractor) for consistent, project-based studio work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role requires strong production skills, clear communication, and the ability to guide artists toward polished, release-ready results. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of clients - from new artists to established professionals - and play a key role in shaping their sound.
Experience: Proven expertise in production, recording, editing and mixing within Pop, Indie, Alternative, and Electronic genres.
Work Ethic: Reliable, organized, and consistent in meeting creative goals and session timelines.
Professionalism: Ethical, client-focused, and collaborative with artists, producers, and studio staff.
Creative Direction: Leads artists through every stage of the process from songwriting/instrumental creation to recording, editing, tuning, mixing, and mastering.
Technical Excellence: Demonstrates full command of their DAW and workflow, operating with certainty in every session while crafting productions that meet and exceed industry standards.
