To help ensure you feel comfortable and confident beginning a creative project here, we encourage you to see and hear the studios as well as meet the professional in your genre you can be working with. Sessions are considered confirmed and billable when a 50% deposit has been made. Penciled-in sessions without any deposit will be notified first before we give the time away. Any checks must clear before your session is confirmed.
Clients may pay the balance at the end of their session by cash or card only. Package discounts are paid in full before the start of a session. Note that all session files will remain on Clear Track Studios premises until the balance of the session is paid in full.
Accepted Terms of Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cashier’s Checks, Cash, Verifiable Personal Checks, Wire transfer. We do not accept American Express.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice of the original scheduled time. Any cancellations NOT made within 48 hours of the original scheduled session will result in a complete loss of any deposits made by the Client. Cancellations for multiple-day sessions (20 hours or more) must be notified before one week (seven days) of session start time.
No recordings in Clear Track Studios possession shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and all checks tendered as payment have cleared Clear Track Studios’ account. Once session media has been turned over to the client Clear Track Studios is no longer expected to maintain a backup copy of the session unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We recommend that each client make a back up copy of the session immediately. Client’s recording media left on premises 90 days after completion of last recording session or service shall become the property of Clear Track Studios if all monies due to Clear Track Studios have not been paid. Clear Track Studios is not responsible for any unrecoverable data.
